NBC Sports Ranking Pointing To The Las Vegas

The NBC Sports Power ranking event that is going to take place at Las Vegas Motor Speedway has now entered into the race. The top players like Denny Hamlin are out and Kyle Busch is in the race now. Busch is selected by NBC talk writers for the top position without any biases whereas the ranking of Hamlin dropped to fifth in the Daytona top 500 lists. Brad Keselowski has also dropped to number 2 after receiving no vote from the last week power ranking schedule. The second place was achieved only after winning the folds of Honor trip at Atlanta. Other important revisions in ranking: Kevin Harvick is now on 3rd position who was on 9th last week and Kyle Larson from 0 to 4th this week. Martin Truex, who hadn’t received even single vote yet is now getting 6th rank. All those names which are dropped from the ranking this week: William Byron, Ryan Preece, Matt DiBenedetto, Ross Chastain and Jimmie Johnson.

A complete breakdown of this week power rankings:

1. Kyle Busch: He was among the two drivers who finished top 10 in this season of races. He got 40 points. In Atlanta, he was given the task to cut the tire and complete the field thoroughly. Luckily, He got a 6th position.

2. Brad Keselowski: Stand with 33 points. He has taken part in the race even after having a prolonged illness and successfully completed 500 miles race.

3. Kevin Harvick: Won 26 points but still wrecked without any reason at Daytona. Steward-Hass, the racing driver will be in the first two places.

4. Kyle Larson: Having the strongest car at Atlanta can predict good scope in future. However, Las Vegas will let him know better.

5. Denny Hamlin: Scored only 21 points with a win at Daytona and got an 11th position at Atlanta. He will kick-start the new career with strong emotions in mind.

6. Martin Truex Jr: He along with his crew chief has proved that he is not going to lose the game with 1.4-mile tracks. He was second in the race with Joe Gibbs.

7. Erik Jones: Got 17 points. He is among the top two players who have finished the first two races. He stood 2nd at Daytona and 7th at Atlanta. 8. Christopher Bell: He left the Daytona Behind, Bell picked from where he left in 2018. He was first in all but 21 laps in Xfinity race.

9. Joey Logano: Certain miscalculations and mistakes lead to the defeat of this team at Atlanta.

10. Aric Almirola: He is the one who scored 8 points and earned the first pole in 2012 and led 36 laps in the first stage but due to the speeding penalty, his ranking dropped exponentially in the field.

However, after strong efforts, he is able to come back in the top 10 places. Others in the list: Chase Elliott, Kurt Busch, Clint Bowyer, and Chris Buescher. All these players stand in-between 3 to 6.
